1.1	Tameside Business (this website) is defined as Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and the University of Manchester working in partnership to provide this service.  Tameside MBC is the legal owner of this website and legally responsible for it although the School of Informatics at the University of Manchester may act on behalf of Tameside MBC in their capacity as IT contractor and partner in the Knowledge Economy project.

4.8.1	Individual Groups may choose to apply stricter rules and prevent people who breach these rules from accessing the Group, even without formal warning.
4.8.2	Individuals can create Private Groups within Tameside Business.  Access to Private Groups is by invitation of the Group Administrator and the material posted within the Group (material posted on the Group Forum or Bulletin Board or other material made available to members of the Group) will not normally be visible to people who do not belong to the Group.  However, the Private Groups are subject to optional monitoring by the Portal Administrator and must abide with the Acceptable Use Policy.
4.9	If you breach these Terms of Use:
4.9.1	If you breach these Terms (including the specific rules which may be set up by Private Groups or forums), you will be formally notified by email.  Tameside Business may at its entire discretion suspend your ability to participate in any or all of the areas within Tameside Business.
4.9.2	If you post or send offensive, illegal or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the website and Tameside Business considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, it may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements.
